  • 1. CHEMISTRY CALL 🪩

    • Book a free 30mins call via my contact page and complete the intake form questions - be specific!

    • We’ll chat about your website goals and i’ll advise which packages & add-ons would suit your project and available start dates.

    • At the end, i’ll ask if you’d like me to send you a proposal. If the chemistry is right, you’ll want to scream yes but you can say no!

  • 2. PROPOSAL 💍

    • If you say yes, i’ll email you a fancy proposal detailing the packages we discussed

    • Confirm your options plus any add-ons, then sign the contract and pay a 50% deposit.

    • Your project is then secured in my diary which makes it official!

  • 3. ONBOARDING 💺

    • You’re invited to your very own client portal

    • It’s a tidy little hub where you’ll upload your files and images.

    • We’ll both see what tasks are assigned to who and due when.

  • 4. STRATEGY SESSION 🔍

    • Complete a deep-dive questionnaire about your offers, audience, and brand values.

    • A video call to talk through your website’s goals, processes and user journey.

    • Identify your competitors and what makes you different.

  • 5. CREATIVE DIRECTION 🎨

    • You pin some inspiration images in Pinterest you feel resonates with your brand.

    • I use those to create a moodboard and you provide feedback

    • I design a mockup preview of your homepage and suggested navigation

    Note: This feedback is important for any BIG amends so that we nail the brief before I build out the whole website in Squarespace.

  • 6. DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT 🖥️

    WEEK 1

    • I’ll hunker down while I build and design your custom website in line with the approved mockup and wireframe

    • This is my zone of genius! Wait while I lovingly create a unique online experience that will captivate your dream client and generate quality leads.

  • 7. TWEAKS + GO LIVE👌🏼

    WEEK 2

    • You get access and over video call we’ll go through the website journey for minor tweaks and your final approval.

    • You pay your last invoice and I transfer full ownership to you - it’s now all yours!

    • We then make your site publicly visible by purchasing your Squarespace plan

  • 8. LAUNCH + SUPPORT 👩🏻‍✈️

    WEEK 3

    • I’ll gift you branded canva graphics to share your launch on social media

    • 30 days free support from me including Squarespace training

    • 20% off my Power Hours and Design Days for ongoing support.

  • I have a limited number of available slots for custom website designs per year, so I want to make sure the projects I take on are a fab fit for both parties.

  • Yes - here’s why (spoiler: coz it’s stress-free!) If we work together, I'll help you switch over to Squarespace - you won’t regret it!

  • Hell yeah! After you apply, I’ll review to see if we’re a good fit. Then I’ll schedule us a zoom call so we get acquainted. If we hit it off then i’ll send you a proposal + 30% deposit invoice to hold your start date.

    I do not accept deposits from anyone who has not completed the application process.

  • Yes, I can divide your total into 2-3 monthly payments at no extra cost.

  • Yes! If you have an existing Squarespace website that needs an update, or if you’ve purchased one of my website templates and need help customising it, you can hire me for a Power Hour or Design Day dedicated to working exclusively on your website.

  • No, I don't always believe a custom designed website is necessary at the beginning. This is why my custom service is aimed at more established business owners who want to scale or have more technical needs.
